5. The 700 CSA Facebook Group

Hello, and welcome to this video. The purpose is to show you how to access the Facebook group and how to leverage and use the Facebook group. So if you logged into the 700 Credit Score Academy dashboard, on the left-hand side, you’re going to see this icon that says Facebook group. I want you to click on it and it’s going to take you directly to the Facebook group. So, I’m already a part of the Facebook group, so I don’t have to request access to the Facebook group. However, if you’re not a part of the Facebook group, you need to request access to the Facebook group. Now, this is very, very important because in the Facebook group, this is the community where we share all of our wins, our frustrations, everything that’s going on in the community. So once you come in here, there’s a quick video right here that you can take a peek at, but I just want you to go through this Facebook group because I stream the Q&As to the Facebook group.

And you can comment your questions below the video, but also I want you to share your testimonials and your results. So when we start scrolling down, we can see people are getting results. Here’s someone who showed, they got a 45 point increase. Another person who had started with the low 500, now they’re having 633. Then we welcome all the members. So if you see a new member, we’re going to welcome you to the family. Welcome any other member to the family. And also just comment your post. Comment your thing. Everybody is sharing their success. Here’s a new member saying that it was very insightful for the Q&A that they’d received. Here’s someone asking questions about specifics. So this Facebook group is going to be what you want to use to get the results that you’re going through.

So each week is powerful. Each thing is step-by-step, but we want you to come to the Facebook group. Here’s another customer or another one of our clients who posted their success story. You can see where they started and where they are after a few months with the program. Just going through the process. And this is just another example of the support in the community. So again, this is where you get your questions answered. This is where you post your success stories. Don’t be ashamed. Don’t think there’s a dumb question. There’s no such thing as a dumb question, but again, if you just scroll through this and you post your question, it will be approved. There’ another customer showing the results. You can see finally they made it and you can see their scores right there. Looking really solid.

And then here’s another person posting about the utilization, how their scores increased seven points. I mean, 27 points. And again, I can keep going on and on and on and on and on with why we want to post these questions in the Facebook group because this is your first plan of attack. The Q&As. I record them and I share them in here. So to reiterate, this is how you use the Facebook group. So your first point of attack, if you have a question is the Facebook group, then it’s the help center, then it’s the Q&A, and then if whatever reason, none of those resources help and you still need help, then you can email us at support@mymoneyedu.com.

And we will get you taken care of. But again, here’s one of our clients posting something about a chargeoff as bad debt and how to handle that. So again, I want to reiterate Facebook group is going to help you literally take your thing to the next level. Here’s another question somebody had about, they just got started back in August and they were figuring out what they should do with this collection. I answered it in really good detailed, and showed them how they should answer this. So, here’s another person that they have a credit score update of a 571 because they removed personal identifiers. So again, I can keep going on and on. Here’s another question about LetterStream. Here’s another person saying that their scores are going up. Here’s me in the Q&A. Here’s somebody posting a book that we recommend called the Compound Effect. Here’s another customer sharing that where they were the 572. Now they’re at a 679. Again, one month in the program.
