Hello, welcome to this cheat sheet. Uploading your challenge letters to LetterStream so we can get them mailed out sent off and have your account funded. So this is a pretty simple, simple step. So at this point, we’ve already set everything up, so I’m just gonna walk you through everything. So you’re already at this place watching this video. So what we want to do is go back over to the LetterStream and we’re going to hit under My Job, we’re going to go down to create a job, we’re going to select first-class letter. Okay. Then we’re going to name the account. We’re going to name the challenge letter. So we’re going to be starting with personal identifiers. So if we’re starting with personal identifiers, I would just name this as PI. And then if we’re doing Experian or Equifax or TransUnion, just put EX or EQ for Equifax.
So EQ right. That’s the letter we’re going to start with. You’re going to hit this blue button right here. Hit continue. Then once you hit continue, you’re simply just going to select Equifax, just like this, hit continue to job and you want to enter the return address as Equifax. So just in case, for whatever reason, this is something that this is a quick hack. So for whatever reason, it chooses to be sent back, we’re going to re-send it back to Equifax. So it’s little stealthy thing. So all we need to do is just enter in that address so we can get that right there. So Equifax PO box, I’m just gonna copy paste all of this, just to make it simple. And then boom. So we’re going to do Atlanta GA. Nice and easy. Atlanta, GA and then the zip is going to be right there.
Control copy, paste. And the actual address is right here. Control copy. All right. And then we get that GA out and then we’re just going to type Equifax right there at the top. Equifax. Nice and easy. Okay. Now we have the return address in there as Equifax. I’m going to go ahead and hit continue. So I wouldn’t suggest putting your name, your address there, and then we’re just going to upload our documents. So I’ve already downloaded my documents, but you would just go to your credit reports folder, select on the challenge letter folder, boom. Then you would just start with your personal identifiers and then you would just download all of these documents here. So I’ve already done this and I’ll just show you how they come up. So we will just go over here to add your document and then choose a file. And then I’m going to do my Equifax document.
So if you haven’t already uploaded your Equifax documents and your challenge letters, I suggest you do that and you name them. So that way it’s simple at the step. So you just hit open and then you hit add to mailing. Nice and easy. Really simple. All right. You can just ignore this, just little code here and then you’re going to hit add a document again. You’re going to choose a file and now we’re going to add our one page ID document. Remember that? So we’re going to go ahead and add that right there. Hit upload and add to mailing. Okay. And then the last thing we’re going to do is just add our proof of address. So we can just hit, add a document, choose, and then we’re going to type in or upload our proof of address. So I have my sample proof of address right here as a JPEG, you can upload it as a JPEG or a PDF just to make sure it’s legible.
So once you do a JPEG, it’s going to ask you to crop it. If you don’t have it as a PDF, it’s totally fine, just hit crop. And then boom. Now you have your Equifax letter for your personal identifiers. So you just hit continue to recipient. If you want to, you can view it just so you can see what’s going out. So this is the first page and has your letter right there, all that good stuff has your one-page ID document. And then your proof of address. Then you can just hit continue. Then you want to check this little red box where it says required, hit continue, and boom, that’s it. So your, your personal identifier, Equifax letter has been uploaded and we’re going to do same thing for the other two. So we just go right here, hit, add job. And we’re going to select first-class letter.
Then when gonna type in PI, just like this. And then we’ll just type in EX for Experian and we’ll repeat the process. Really simple. So typed in Experian, continue, and now we’ll just type in the address for Experian this time. So that way it goes to Experian and get that address right there. And again, this is kind of like a nuance thing. It just makes it easier. You don’t necessarily, you can keep your return address there if you want to. I’m just suggesting you do this because of all the thousands of letters that I’ve mailed in the past, I found, I don’t want those letters coming back to me. I want them to go back to the same bureau, which typically these are the correct addresses. These are the correct addresses. So it’s going to go back there. But just something that I noticed, right.
So TX, so you can hit continue. And then we’re going to go to add a document, choose file. Then we’re going to choose our Experian, open, upload to mailing. Then we’re going to add a document again, open, one page ID document, okay. Upload to mailing. And then we’re going to add a document again, open, and we’re going to do our proof of address, add to mailing and hit crop continue to recipient. If we want to view, we can, but we don’t have to. Hit continue, required, confirm and continue, and boom. Now we have our Equifax Experian, and now we just do the same exact thing for TransUnion. Really, really simple. So we’ll just type in again PI and again, guys, organization is key here. TU for TransUnion, so that way we know. Hit select and we just repeat the process. So would do TransUnion, and I’m going to go ahead and just copy paste just like this so I don’t have to redo it again. Hit continue, paste. Boom, nice and easy.
All right. Paste. So you get these little cheat sheets as you keep doing this stuff, right? You get better and better each time you do it. Chester, PA, and then the zip is right there at the end. All right. Zip. And I’m going to take the USA out and then take the PA out and then hit continue. Okay. And then do the same exact thing. So we’re going to add a document, choose file. And then we’re going to do our TransUnion, open, add to mailing. All right. We can ignore that yellow thing. Hit add a document, choose, we’re going to do our one page ID document. Okay. And this is the key guys. And you notice that now every step builds up on each other because you see how easy I’m doing this because I already downloaded it. So this is why I’m saying organization is key because it just makes every other steps so much easier
when you get into the end of this deal. Hit continue. Required, confirm and continue. And that is our personal identifiers letters and look, it’s only $5.25. So we would just do the same exact thing for the rest of our document. So when I say the rest of our documents, I mean our hard inquiry challenge letters and our negative account challenge letters. So let me show you that as I in, I’m not going to add them, but I’m just going to show you how simple it is. So when we go to our challeng letter folder, that’s our personal identifiers, I already downloaded before you got to this video. But if I was going to start with my hard inquiries next, I would just literally just hit download, just like that. And then download just like that.
And then right click, download just like that. And then I will go over here to my negative accounts and I would do the same exact thing. And then I’ll just download them, right? Just like I’m doing. Nice and easy for each bureau, download and then download. So that means that’s six more letters and we would just follow the same exact process I just did. So now when I go back over to the LetterStream, I went ahead and hit add another job. I will follow the same exact sequence I just follow. And then I would just type in HI for hard inquiries. Now, remember, I’ve got a naming conventions right here, personal identifiers, hard inquiries, negative accounts, public records, so on and so forth, but any challenge that you need to add, but we’ll just type in HI. And then we would just type in EQ for Equifax and then follow the same exact process. I think you get the point, but moral of the story is now when we get to this part, when we’re uploading the letters, they’re all going to be right there for us to download, right. They’re all going to be right there for us to download. And we literally just have to just follow the sequence that I just outlined. And it’s as simple as that. So at this point, is just copy pasting and data entry, PO box. I’m going to keep Atlanta right there. Let me just type in GA.
And then we can just delete that USA, hit continue. And really all I was just trying to show you with this last part is when we hit add a document, choose the rest of our challenge documents that we just uploaded right there. So we can see our hard inquiry for Equifax, TransUnion and our hard inquiry for Experian is all right there, same thing with our charge off letters, right? So we just follow the process guys. Really, really simple. So, boom, boom. Add to mailing. Then we’re going to add 1 page ID document again, nice and easy. 1 page ID document, open upload. And then we would just upload our proof of address one more time, and then where’s it at, proof of address, where’d it go? There it is, proof of address POA, add to mailing. So I think you really get it at this point.
It’s pretty straight forward. Pretty simple. We hit continue to recipient, continue again, check the required, confirm and continue. And at that point, once you have all of the letters uploaded, just like this, like I just showed you for each of the nine challenge letters or however many challenges letters you’re going to be sending out for your particular round, then once you have it all here and you’re ready to mail, you hit complete payment. And at this point you would just enter in your payment information and then boom, fund your account and you are good to go. That is it. So that is done. Congratulations! You have successfully mailed your challenge letters. So you’ve uploaded them, mailed them. So once you hit complete payment, it’s going to mail. And then once you have those letters being mailed, it’s just going to say, hey, look, these letters are, it’s going to be another screen. And it’s going to say, look, these letters will be sent via mail in the next couple of days, and then you’ll be good to go. Okay, hope this helps. And I will see you in the next video.
